Tender Description
Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is seeking an Expression of Interest from suitably qualified contractors for demolition, refurbishment and construction works at Trinity Catholic College Auburn.
The bulk of the works are proposed to be carried out on Block D. The scope refers to the following:
- Enclose the open veranda
- Construction of breakout structures along the facade
- Reconfiguration and refurbishment of classrooms across two levels
- Refurbishment of existing classrooms into change rooms on the Ground Floor
- Upgrading accessibility to Block D
- Hardstand works between the change rooms and the new sports precinct
