Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Respondents for the Head Contractor services to execute refurbishment works at Bronte House, Bronte NSW 2024 in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Scope:
The scope of works involves:
SP1 Limewash Treatment:
- Removal of the existing limewash on all sandstone façade surfaces
- Application of salt extraction treatment on all sandstone façade surfaces
- Supply and install limewash treatment to all sandstone façade surfaces in accordance with the specifications
- Manage the ITP in accordance with the S60 conditions of approval
- Make good of any general work areas utilised for storage/compounding/site access purposes.
SP2 Front and Rear Tessellated Tile Verandas:
- Removal of existing tessellated tiles and bluestone borders of front and rear verandas
- Supply and install new sub-base for both verandas
- Supply and install new tessellated tile verandas
- Manage the ITP in accordance with the S60 conditions of approval
- Make good of any general work areas utilised for storage/compounding/site access purposes.
SP3 Lower Garden Stairs and Associated Dry Stone Walls
- Removal & Retention for reuse of all sandstone associated with ‘Stair 1’, and dry stone walls No. 1, 2, 3 and 4
- Supply and installation of footings and drainage in accordance with the drawings and specifications to allow the suitable reconstruction of ‘Stair 1’, and dry stone walls No. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
- Installation of salvaged sandstone for ‘Stair 1’, and dry stone walls No.
