Mitchell Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified companies to undertake the works in delivering the planned Chittick Park All Abilities Play Space at Chittick Park in Seymour.
This project will deliver an upgrade and expansion of the district level all-abilities play space at Chittick Park, Seymour, (providing new inclusive equipment, shade, nature play and plantings to encourage active lifestyles, community connections and skill development).
This project will integrate with complementary, co-located services and offerings to address entrenched disadvantages and facilitate Seymour's population growth.
Construction activities include, but are not limited to, new paths and landscaping, drainage, provision and installation of specified play structures, shelters, and climbing structures. Once completed it will provide quality outdoor play spaces for community for mental and physical wellbeing
