There is a mandatory site visit for this RFQ at 10:00 am on the 14th of March at Walter Galt Pavilion (115 Warren Road, Parkdale).
The City of Kingston is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant to work with them on Provision of Head Design Consultant Services for the Walter Galt Pavilion Upgrade.
This commission requires a well resourced, technically minded, competent Design Team to design a fit for purpose facility that will be compliant with all access and building codes and strictly observe universal and sustainable design principles. Female Friendly Upgrade of the existing facilities - this will see the refurbishment of the existing two change rooms with new toilets, showers and replacement storage space as denoted in the behind the social area the Schematic Plan attached in the suite of documents.
