Mitchell Shire Council is seeking the services of an appropriately qualified Civil Engineering consultant to prepare detailed design and documentation for the construction of the Tootle Street/Northern Highway intersection, Harrington Drive Link Road, Mill Road/Northern Highway intersection and cul-de-sac on Mill Road including expansion of Harrington Drive to meet the requirements of a Connector Road.

The key deliverables are:

• ‘For construction’ design plans
• Design specifications
• Bill of quantities
• Estimate of probable costs
• Land acquisition plan
