Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong seeks tenders from suitably experienced and qualified cleaning contractors for the full cleaning service of four (4) Leisure Centres, Bellarine Leisurelink, Waterworld (ceasing mid 2023) and Splashdown, the event, function and speciality cleans of the Geelong Arena (ceasing December 2023), and evening change room cleaning of one (1) outdoor all year-round pool, Kardinia Aquatic Centre. All work shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Council Representative in strict accordance with the Specification and with any working instructions furnished by the Council Representative as the service proceeds.
Mandatory Tender Briefing
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory tender briefing at 9:00 am, Wednesday 15 February 2023 at the Leisurelink Aquatic & Recreation Centre, 240 Pioneer Road, Grovedale. Prospective tenderers must attend this briefing. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender.
Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the services and the tender process. Refer to the Tender documents for site location details.
Tenderers are required to notify Council of their attendance by emailing the contact person at ptaylor@geelongcity.vic.gov.au for the tender process beforehand.
