Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Melbourne Health (MH) corporate, admin and support services staff are currently housed in various locations. MH would like to house all the above-mentioned staff in one location and that location. A new site (635 Elizabeth St, Melbourne) has been identified for this purpose and MH has already signed a lease for the site. As for any other site, one of the key requirements for this site would be cleaning services. The nature of this scope of services would be non-clinical cleaning. MH staff are expected to move to this new location by May/June 2023. Currently the fitout and site readiness works are in progress.
