Tender Description
Greater Western Water seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and the range of solutions that may be available to produce Biochar from Biosolids. Hence, this Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first stage of a multi stage procurement process.
This EOI process will be concluded in 2 stages:
- Stage 1: Public EOI. Potential respondents are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement as part of this preliminary EOI.
- Stage 2: Private EOI. Respondents who have provided the Confidentiality Agreement will be issued with the Full EOI.
