Council is seeking a Tender from suitably qualified and capable contractors to for the redevelopment of Ivanhoe Golf Club at 1 Vasey St, Ivanhoe VIC 3079.

• Pro Shop (100m2);
• Bistro with a small alfresco area (102m2); and
• Function room with removable door partitions to the Bistro area (81m2).

• Reduce the size of the Pro Shop to the western end;
• Provide a new entry where a current floor-to-ceiling window is featured, providing a space of 55m2 for a new Bistro/Bar adjacent to the refurbished kitchen;
• Provide an option for the existing Bistro to be available to operate as the existing Bistro or be incorporated into a private function space, increasing the capacity of the venue;
• Provide a new outdoor deck area which will provide 95m2 space that can be utilised for pre-function activities such as drinks on arrival or a break-out area during meetings;
• Upgrade the Kitchen to meet the increased Food & Beverage offering;
• Refurbish the existing BOH areas, including changing rooms and toilets (including a compliant equal access toilet)
• Provide a new office and storage area.
