Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) invites contractors with extensive experience to construct a new event stage incorporating a broadcast box as well as a food kiosk and gate ticket boxes at Horsham City Oval. This project is the next stage in the revitalising and activating the riverfront space. This construction work will provide the opportunity to boost tourism in the area as well as provide the community to attend world class events.
The work under the contract includes but is not limited to:
Site security and safety at all times
Construction and full fit-out as per drawings and specifications
Providing of all ‘As-Built’ drawings, this includes all services and new buildings
Providing of all compliance certificates and O &M manuals
Clean-up and site remediation
Tenders have the opportunity to visit the site and premises on THURSDAY 08 DECEMBER 2022 from 1pm until 2pm. Please confirm your attendance for this visit through the Tender Portal. This site visit will start and end at Horsham City Oval.
