Tender Description
This project requires works to renew the floor surface in Court 3 of the Noarlunga Recreation Centre, including:
- Patching the original floor to create a sutable surface for the new flooring.
- Replacement of the floor surface in Court 3 with product as specified in the Schedule
- Ensuring that all surfaces, thresholds, doors, skirtings are appropriately modified to suit the new works and regulatory standards
- Installing new linemarking to suit the following activities:
- Basketball
- Netball
- Indoor Soccer
- Badminton
- Pickleball
- Installation of “Hold Downs” for Indoor Soccor, Badminton and Pickleball to suit floor system
- Supply and install of Netball 120mm Access Cover Plates to suit floor system
- Rectification or replacement of any surfaces, items, materials, etc. affected as a result of the flooring renewal
- All doors that are need to be modified need to be re painted, both door and frame
- Create a level threshhold between rooms at floor junctions.
