Tender Description
Gippsland PHN seeks one or more providers to deliver a Community Led Integrated Health Care model to communities in Gippsland from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2025.
A (non-mandatory) public Tenderer Information Session will be held online at 2:00 pm on Monday 2 November 2022 via Zoom. Interested parties can register for the session via the link in the Tender Specification.
Tenderers should address the evaluation criteria detailed in the Tender Specification. A completed Application Form, along with any other relevant documentation, must be uploaded to Gippsland PHN's TenderLink portal by the closing time of 5:00 pm AEST on Friday 25 November 2022.
