Expressions of interest are now open for an AFOEM Fellow to join the Faculty Assessment Committee (FAC) as a Stage A Coordinator.
Description
Represent AFOEM new Fellows as a Member – Stage A Coordinator and earn CPD points while making a difference to trainees’ experience.
The AFOEM FAC plays a key role in supporting trainee assessment and recommending policy and program changes to the Faculty Education Committee and the College Education Committee.
Key responsibilities
- developing and evaluating a suite of formative and summative assessment tasks and activities within the Faculty
- overseeing the coordination of exam and assessment items and processes
- engaging in continuous quality improvement of all assessments
The Committee meets 3 times a year: 2 videoconference meetings and 1 in-person meeting.
Members are appointed for 3 years, with the option to renew for a further term.
You must hold unconditional AHPRA registration or have AFOEM/MCNZ registration.
