Tender Description

CASA requires that Flight Crew Licensing (FCL) and Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) exams be managed, the various question banks be updated and maintained and exams delivered to various locations throughout Australia and Fiji.

CASA is seeking a Contractor/s to provide a complete system solution for all FCL and RePL examinations. This would include:

a. Importing of CASA’s existing examination question banks into their software;

b. Development and maintenance of subject examination question banks;

c. A 24/7 on-line booking system to enable candidates to book examinations;

d. Provision of physical venue locations, computers and facilities for candidates to sit their examinations;

e. Delivering and invigilation of the examinations;

f. Marking of the examinations;

g. Report the results to CASA and the candidates; and

h. Resolving any challenges raised by candidates following an examination.

i. Ability to deliver remote examinations in circumstances when physical locations may be prohibitive to do so. Eg no reasonable access to a physical venue as experienced with COVID-19 restriction

j. Cost breakdown to establish and the ongoing provision of the following services:

- question bank maintenance and delivery, and/or

- examination location delivery and booking services.
