Tender Description
Indigo Shire Council are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide geotechnical field investigation and structural pavement design services on a section of Distillery Road, just South of the Wahgunyah township. Works will include evaluation of existing pavement materials and subgrade strength followed by development of pavement design options. These options must rehabilitate and recycle the existing seal and pavement materials through appropriate in-situ stabilisation methods and supplement the pavement depth as necessary with new crushed rock.
This brief does not include any survey or geometric road design services. The section of Distillery Rd for investigation is approximately 660m long, commencing 60m from the Federation Way intersection and exhibiting significant failures throughout. Please refer to RFQ documents for full scope of work.
Quotations are to be submitted, before 2 pm, Wednesday 2nd November 2022, via Council’s electronic tender portal eProcure at https://www.eprocure.com.au/indigoshirecouncil/
Quotations received later than the indicated closing time or submitted by any other means will be deemed non-conforming and may be considered at the sole discretion of Council.
