Tender Description
Mitchell Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to assist with the updating of local parks in the Seymour area.
Seymour’s local parks are aging and in poor condition and are increasingly falling behind the standard provided elsewhere in Mitchell. This project will provide improvements to each park including removal of aged play equipment and restrictive fencing, new play equipment, nature play elements, paths, seating, and planting.
Delivery of this project will be subject to grant funding approval and potentially scheduling across financial years to ensure budget availability. The outcome of outstanding grant funding applications should be know through the tender period and any change to the scope of the tender required will be advised via addendum to this RFT.
