Council requires a subdivision application to be completed for a proposed subdivision development within the Enterprise Estate Industrial area. It is a green field site with approximately 45ha. To support this work Council will engage a planning/surveying company to undertake the technical analysis.

Council is seeking a RFQ to undertake this work.

The RFQ will need to provide an hourly rate and an estimate of how many hours to complete the project scope.

The Project Scope

Appoint a project lead (point of contact)

The project lead to attend pre planning meetings (mix online and site meetings) and work closely with the Project Control Group (PCG) to inform them on progress and enable their input into the development

Complete a proposed staged subdivision layout – which considers lot size and appropriate configurations to ensure the maximum use of space, amenities and services.

Complete a subdivision application on proposed staged 1 of the subdivision, including

• Undertake Site analysis – to consider all infrastructure and services requirements to develop an industrial site, such as drainage, road and traffic movements, power, sewerage, telecommunications, landscaping, etc.
• Technical reports to inform subdivision
• To includes all aspects from pre planning meetings to submission of stage 1 subdivision application and addressing RFI through to the receipt of stage 1 subdivision permit.
• Ensure all reports and design works are to the standard to inform a planning application and to commence construction of infrastructure
