Tender Description
Federation University is seeking submissions from suppliers with the capability and capacity to provide a broad range of audio visual services to be a part of an AV Hardware, Installation & Design Services Supplier Panel. Successful suppliers that are offered a contract will need to register their business details in the Federation University VendorPanel portal and provide suitable quotes for each request when posted.
The scope of services to be provided include but are not limited to the following:
- Supply of audio visual hardware
- Audio visual design
- Audio visual Implementation services
- Audio visual integration services
- Audio visual commission and programming
In order to be considered as a compliant bid, suppliers must respond to all questions listed as mandatory. Evaluation criteria correspond directly to the questions asked, as such a full, relevant and meaningful answer to these questions is recommended.
