Tender Description
EOI are sought for the occupation via lease of the heritage-listed Katoomba Falls Kiosk building at 101 Cliff Drive, Katoomba, NSW (Premises) for a period of up to 21 years.
Council is now seeking interested parties to present their vision for the subject Premises whilst ensuring that their proposal is conducted so as to minimise any adverse environmental effects as the property is situated in an environmentally sensitive area.

No alternative forms of communication will be engaged in including via phone. Facsimile submissions will not be accepted.
A mandatory Site Visit will occur at 11am, Thursday 29 September 2022. All Proponents must register their interest in attendance by Thursday, 22 September 2022 via email.
