Overview
Central Coast Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from community organisations and commercial operators to occupy one of three modern office spaces available at Watanobbi Community Centre through a hire agreement.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Occupation of one of three available office spaces at Watanobbi Community Centre under a hire agreement
- Optional hire of the large multi-purpose Community Centre hall and separate meeting room, pending availability
Information Requested
- Office 2 features a roller shutter reception counter
- Office 3 includes a handwash basin and tap
- Electricity, water, and waste charges are covered by Central Coast Council
- Access to a shared modern kitchen, toilet facilities, and outdoor space with sandpit
- Off street parking and an alarmed facility
