The Entrance Community Centre Café hire agreement – expressions of interest

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Central Coast Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from eligible community organisations and commercial operators to operate café services at The Entrance Community Centre under a hire agreement, following the vacancy of the café space.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Operation of café services within the hire space at The Entrance Community Centre
• Use of the café setup, including café equipment and crockery (refer to the separate inventory list), kitchen areas, and the security alarm system
• Use of the adjacent alfresco outdoor seating area on the deck

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Electricity, water, and waste charges are covered by Central Coast Council
• Lawns and ground maintenance are covered by Central Coast Council; however, these areas are not part of the hire area and activities cannot be conducted within these spaces
• Activities and events can only be conducted within the hire space, subject to Council approval
