Rockhampton Regional Council invites written offers for Tender 15153 - Construction of the Rockhampton Botanic Gardens & Zoo Visitor Hub and Animal Operations Centre.
The Construction of the Rockhampton Botanic Gardens & Zoo Visitor Hub and Animal Operations Centre includes the following main components of work:
• Upgrade of the existing Botanic Gardens Car Park (designed by Council).
• Construction of the Visitor Hub (designed by external Architect).
• Construction of the Animal Operations Centre (designed by external Architect).
Before making a decision on the offers, Council may invite all persons who have submitted an offer to modify their offer to take account of a change in the specification:
