Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the demolition of the existing and construction of new public toilets at Montmorency North Oval located at 103 Para Rd, Montmorency, VIC 3094.
As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Program for the year 2022-23, Council is planning to undertake the demolition of the existing and construction of new public toilets at Montmorency North Oval.
The scope of works generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
- Demolition works of the existing public toilet building
- Construction of a new public toilet building
- General civil works
- Disabled car park line marking
Liaising with relevant electricity authority regarding works near live overhead cable, including all permits, applications and inspections
Arrange inspections for Building Surveyor (Building Permit to be arranged by BCC prior to works commencing)
Site clean-up
