ABOUT THE TENDER
The Davies Building on Waite Campus is accommodates the TERN group, which are expanding and have committed to the campus with 10 years of funding. There is also the School of Biological Science staff in the building and plans to bring in the Adelaide Exposure Science and Health Lab from Thebarton campus. All of these tenants will be in the building long term and require services commensurate with their profile and research being undertaken.
The current mechanical plant servicing the building is inadequate and at end of life. We are proposing to replace these mechanical service as per the below scope to make are serviceable and comfortable for staff to perform their duties.
