The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) is tasked with creating liveable, inclusive and sustainable communities. To improve on the Department’s high standards of support and emergency/incident management to the communities of Victoria, the Department is planning to construct a new depot at a green fill site Maryborough.
Construction will be fully documented (AS-2124 contract + Public Sector Construction Special Conditions) and include the construction of a new depot in Maryborough. This includes but it not limited to; an admin building, car parking, trailer storage, bulk materials storage, workshops, fuel/ chemical storage, vehicle store and BBQ area with all civil and associated works.
Any potential suppliers intending to provide a submission for the project must be adequately qualified with demonstrated experience on similar projects.
Supplier Code of Conduct and Local Jobs First policies will apply, with relevant documentation included in the tender documents.
The opportunity to submit proposals for this work will be provided via a formal Request for Tender (RFT) from DELWP. The RFT is expected to be issued Late August/ Early September 2022 via open e-tender at http://www.tenders.vic.gov.au (Buying for Victoria).
