Tender Description
The redevelopment of the Wodonga Exhibition Centre will enhance and upgrade the existing infrastructure that currently has no heating or cooling, to the betterment of Wodonga and surrounding North East Victoria communities by providing a large, accessible, multi functional Emergency Relief and Event centre with supporting amenities. The redevelopment works will include concreting of the floor in the main hall, installation of new walls, windows and roller doors, roof repairs and other improvements including installation, new heating and cooling units. The project will also include upgrades to the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services.
