Project Summary

The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in September 2022 for the construction of a new Performing Arts Centre at Mill Park Secondary College located at 25 Moorhead Dr, Mill Park VIC 3082, Australia.

The project will build a new 400 seat Performing Arts Centre, including drama and music rooms, storage areas, toilets and loading dock. The project will require new construction of this facility, including internal fit out and landscaping works.

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $10,00,000.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will make a decision on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.

The Victorian School Building Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to directly approach CSR registered entities under the above mentioned prequalification category to invite them to express interest in tendering for this project in the event that inappropriate and/or insufficient interest is received from parties by the date of closing of responses to this Advance Tender Notice
