Tender Description
Overview
Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to undertake civil construction works associated with the Jaycee Park Missing Link Footpath project.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Site preparation
- Removal of existing assets
- Construction of approximately 478 m² of reinforced concrete footpath and associated crossover works
- Installation of new bollards and chain barrier
- Landscaping and reinstatement works
- Post-project site clean-up
Works are to be carried out in accordance with the Contract Specifications and Drawings.
Site Inspection
A site inspection with Council is available on request via the online forum. Inspections are recommended but not mandatory.
Instructions to Tenderers
Completed responses can only be submitted electronically by uploading into the Tendering System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email upon completion. Should assistance be required, please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of the tendering portal.
Submissions must be fully received by the closing time, as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means, including open email, facsimile, post or in person, will not be considered.
