Alpine Shire Council requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new pedestrian/cyclist bridge across the Ovens River next to the Nimmo Road Bridge on Buffalo River Road in Myrtleford.

The new bridge is to provide an extension to the existing shared path on Standish St to connect it with the Nimmo Reserve on the south side of the Ovens River.

In general, the proposed methodology is to construct the footings as detailed in the drawing set, arrive on site with bridge/ramp modules, assemble them and crane into position.
