Tender Description
This Expression of Interest (EOI) for provision of a modular sports pavilion aims to establish market capacity and capability to complete final design, fabrication and installation by early 2023. Shortlisted respondents following this Stage 1 EOI process will be invited to participate in a select Request for Tender process.
This EOI process seeks to qualify interested suppliers ability to:
- comply with Australian Standards and Building Codes;
- demonstrate quality finishes equal or better than standard form construction;
- value add during the design, fabrication and installation process;
- meet council's timeframe;
- adapt standard modular components to suit any design changes proposed;
- ensure fit for purpose objectives are met for the local sporting community;
- demonstrate significant experience in delivering modular facilities to meet user requirements.
Documents are available for downloaded from the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal, note that registration on the portal is required.
There is no cost to register.
All enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the Message Forum established for this tender via the Council Supplier Portal.
All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal no later than 12.00 Noon (AEST) Wednesday 6th July 2022.
Late emailed EOI submissions will not be accepted.
