Bayside City Council (Principal) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified Registered Architects with the requisite skills, experienced in Early Years and resources to undertake Architectural and Head Consultancy Services for the scope development and design as part of the Early Years Renewal FY 26/27 and 27/28.
All references to the Head Consultant are inclusive of the Head Consultant and its subconsultants/ sub-contractors.
The successful tenderer will be the Head Consultant and be responsible for managing of all sub-consultants and sub-contractors.
This scope has been prepared to provide project information to Tenderers and define the requirements of the services required of a Head Consultant.
