Project Summary

The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in June 2022 for works located at Wheelers Hill Primary School, 134-148 Whites Ln, Wheelers Hill VIC 3150. The project will include upgrade of the school oval to a synthetic turf surface with a two lane running track around the edges to provide all year use, relocation of existing play equipments and addition of a shed to the east of the oval, to house playpod equipment and additional sports equipment.

You must email your company details through to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering.

The email subject heading should be clearly marked 'ATN-WHPS-5094 for Victorian School Building Authority'

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $700,000

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will make a decision on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
