An experienced Learning and Development Designer (x2 positions) is required to join the ROBUST Program, with contemporary experience in the end-to-end learning pipeline.

Reporting to the People and Capability Delivery Stream Lead within the ROBUST program, the role will work closely with Bureau business teams and the Learning and Development team to uplift existing and design and create new bespoke learning collateral.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who collaborates widely to determine learning needs and unpack competency requirements, plan assessments, and design and deliver engaging development experiences. They know what good learning feels like – and they can build it, whether self-paced, online, face-to-face, or virtual. They will be a creative problem solver who takes initiative and ownership and applies their expertise across a range of corporate and technical learning projects.
