This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Geoscience Australia is seeking a short engagement with a technician experienced in supporting older Content Manager installations, specifically HP TRIM (version 9.15.1263).
The purpose of the engagement is to provide support services to;
- Investigate, analyse and document the underlying cause of an incident current affecting our current instance,
- Provide technical and/or configuration recommendations (documented) of actions/options proposed to implement resolution in current instance or future upgrade,
- If option is approved, work with onsite ICT Operations to implement the technical solution and provide assistance as required to business area to test implementation.
