Margaret Court Arena | Hot Water System & Pipework Repair/ Upgrade
Hydraulic Services
The Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust (MOPT) are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform remediation works to the existing hot water service (HWS) and associated pipework for Margaret Court Arena.
The existing HWS and hydraulic infrastructure is not running optimally, and the reticulated pipework has experienced some damage and corrosion through a variety of existing conditions. This incumbent service has been thoroughly inspected on-site by an Aurecon Hydraulic Engineer and they have provided MOPT with both a C.A.N. to relieve immediate plantroom issues which has already been implemented, and drawings to remediate the general issues and damage across the system which are attached to this RFQ for information and review.
Site Visit
There will be opportunities for you to access the site at 11:30am on 04/05/22 and 1:00pm on 11/05/22. The meeting point for each briefing will be at Garden Square, opposite the North entrance of Rod Laver Arena.
The site visit is optional and is not a pre-requisite for submitting a price for these works.
