Towong Shire Council (TSC) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide services required for the routine cleaning of municipal buildings located throughout the shire in accordance with the scope and specifications provided.
The service required by the contractor is labour and some materials for routine cleaning of municipal buildings such as offices, libraries, community spaces, childcare and kindergarten facilities. Council will provide janitorial products, vacuum cleaners, brooms, clothes etc. and the contractor to supply specialised cleaning equipment as necessary for the due and proper completion of the service comprising, but not limited to, the following:
• OHS, Quality, and Environmental management,
• Adherence to auditing and quality assurance inspections and management,
• The awarded contractor will be responsible for their site and must maintain a safe workspace that imposes no risk to the general public during the service delivery.
