This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
An exciting opportunity is available to influence the continual improvement and evolution of IP Australia’s transactional website, and numerous internal tools.
At IP Australia you will play an important role in the Cognitive Futures team assisting with the delivery and implementation of numerous innovative tools for both internal and external use. You will also contribute to the integration team, which is responsible for the transactional channels and integration platform, including the transactional website.
This role will work within multi-disciplinary delivery teams, following agile principles to develop IT systems supporting business.
Under the direction of the Delivery Manager, Product Owner and Technical Lead, you will:
• Design, build, maintain and test web applications across the full development stack, using technologies and practices including Vue.js
• Influence the front-end web development practices and architecture at IP Australia
• Mentor and support team members in modern web development techniques
• Assist with the configuration and deployment of multiple front-end products
• Maintain a focus on developing high quality unit and integration tests covering implemented code
• Assist with the assessment of new technology and how they can be effectively introduced to the enterprise
• Plan, document, and manage deliverables (tasks and stories) assigned to you
• Work with the delivery manager to support our agile delivery approach.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

This role is required to be onsite in Canberra, with the option to discuss working from home once commenced.
