Frankston South Community and Recreation Centre Renewal Works
Frankston South Community and Recreation Centre (FSCRC) is owned and managed by Frankston City Council.
FSCRC is a busy centre that provides valuable social, recreational, educational, training and volunteering opportunities and is an important place of community inclusion.
A further review of the functional requirements for the Centre during the COVID-19 pandemic discussed the centre’s use as an Emergency Management Centre or an Emergency Relief Centre and especially the need for an additional Meeting Room which would also add to the day to day functionality of the Centre.
Current Meeting Space is a Premium. The existing change rooms, showers and the toilets are under-utilised.
