City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to provide construction of shared footpath in Water Street, Brown Hill. Works will include but not limited to construction of 2.5m concrete footpath, pedestrian bridge over existing Creek, retaining wall, and associated works.
