Upgrade, Utilise and Maintain the Existing Kingston Facility at 6 Lochiel Avenue, Edithvale

The City of Kingston is considering the future of a former Council owned Child Care Centre situated at 6 Lochiel Avenue, Edithvale.

The facility in its current form will require significant financial investment to re-purpose for community use.

Interested parties/community groups can lodge an Expression of Interest by completing the online form below.

Applications must address key criteria including, but not limited to the following:

• The proposed use of the property;
• Provide a detailed business/operation model;
• Demonstrate a financial capacity to refurbish, operate and maintain the facility sustainably; and
• Provide context on planning / building implications associated with intended use and permit requirements, if any
