This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
A contracted resource is required on a full-time basis to provide day to day Audio Visual support to courses and stakeholders at the Australian Defence College (ADC) Weston Creek.
The ADC requires the contractor to:
Provide project support and coordination to the audio visual environment supporting integrated site wide systems.
Assist in the management, operation, and maintenance of all audio visual equipment at the ADC Weston Creek Campus in support of the delivery of ADC courses. This includes but is not limited to theatre and syndicate room operations, additional activities, as well as MATV (Master Antenna Television), and IMS (Internal Messaging System).
Liaise with external lectures and presenters to coordinate distance presentation via video chat applications (Zoom, Skype, Google Meet etc)
Provide technical and practical audio and video production assistance to staff and course members with available resources and directed priorities. Maintain associated equipment as required.
Liaise with external providers and contractors as required for operations and minor corrective maintenance.
Support the administration of equipment procurement as required.
The contractor must work to the requirements of the ADC academic programs and be available to support all audio visual events throughout the year.
Requisite Skills:
Adherence to the APS Code of Conduct.
High level communication and liaison skills including the ability to deal professionally with stakeholders at senior levels within the military and APS.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, with minimal supervision.
Technical aptitude and or experience in an audio visual support role.
