This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Deliverables for the Siebel Designer include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Lead Aged Care’s integration with the Department’s Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution currently inflight with an external Systems Integrator (SI)
2. Provide technical review and assurance of SI deliverables including designs, test cases, and implementation plans
3. Identify, define and communicate technical tasks that need to be performed by the Commonwealth to successfully integrate with the IAM solution
4. Assist the design and build of a Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline for the delivery of IAM gateways into the Department’s IT environment
5. Assist the planning and provisioning of on-premises infrastructure required to support the IAM solution.
6. Where required, deploy IAM components to specific environments in line with approved releases
7. Communicate progress, issues and identified risks daily
8. Participate in design and planning activities
9. Work collaboratively with developers, system engineers, business analysts, technical leads, external vendors + testers to complete project/BAU deliverables
10. Provide specialist advice to delivery, assurance and operational teams
11. Liaising with technical staff across the support model/external service providers
12. Identify technical training requirements for operational teams
