Tender Description
The City of Gosnells (the Principal) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced lead Consultant to provide all professional services for the design and contract administration for construction of the Principal’s new Operations Centre, including Civil Works.
The lead Consultant will be required to provide contract administration services on behalf of the Principal for the duration of the construction and defects liability period. The Consultant shall also coordinate the activities of the sub Consultants during contract administration.
