The primary responsibility of the Implementation Team Lead is the management of a team to deliver quality outcomes for CASA Information Technology Branch.

Reporting to the Manager Digital Solutions the Implementation Team Lead (ITL) needs to work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Test Analysts, Project Managers and other personnel across the Technology Branch. Additionally, manage both technology and business processes, including release, change, testing, validation, and review, supporting 3rd-party vendors. The ITL will coordinate and prioritise project tasks, manage timelines, maintain team delivery plans, and communicate status to management and clients as directed.

Mandatory

a) A Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Line Manager of Test, Release and Change within organisations of a comparable size (or larger) to CASA (a medium sized ICT Commonwealth organisation);
b) Experience in Agile project methodologies and the ability to work independently;
c) Experience in all in Systems Development Life Cycles and ability to implement against projects
d) Well-developed experience in defect management using Azure DevOps;
e) Excellent communication skills including, ability to write, review and execute complex to interpret functional requirements and communicate complex technical information to non-technical people;
f) exceptional organizational skills, as they will be coordinating tasks, directing resources, and staying aware of all aspects of ITBs deliverables.
g) Formal and recognised IT qualifications;
h) Experience with Microsoft CRM, Portals, AEM and
i) Responsible for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact business operations.

b) Proven people management skills

Location
Based remotely with travel to Aviation House, Phillip, ACT as required the Resource must work (on average) 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) between the core hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
