About us: Our purpose is to deliver a land force structure capable of meeting Defence’s strategic requirements. We are willing to risk exceptions to policy and process in order to deliver reform outcomes that underpin the transformation of Army’s workforce, the adoption of ERP (SAP), and the realisation of the Army Objective Force (AOF). The end-state is the maintenance of current establishments and realisation of AOF structures, that are consistent, coherent, and sustainable, and which can affordably achieve Defence strategic requirements.
We maintain an awareness of the strategic challenges that need to be addressed and provide an architecture for discovery and decision-making that supports Army’s modernisation goals. We manage activities, projects and programs that are evolving at a rapid rate that requires stakeholder engagement, presenting complex initiatives and planning proposals, securing agreement and participation in implementation of a range of activities, programs and projects.
The successful Canberra based applicant shall provide strategic advice to ensure that Army is setup and ready to deliver its mission once SAP becomes the system of choice for Force Element changes.
