Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Support business users and IT counterparts on application / database troubleshooting, development / maintenance of business user applications and specialised data extract/report requirements as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ticketed support for existing applications and interfaces in addition to development and support of Microsoft based custom code.
- Contribute on actions in project teams, implementing new and upgraded solutions for the business, and have general involvement in new projects.
- Ensure accurate technical documentation and source code is maintained on all key systems and processes.
- Assist in the analysis and design of application programs and databases
- Research new technologies/approaches to drive CI/CD initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of new software releases which may include preparing deployment guides, application packaging and assist infrastructure team during deployment.
- Ensure change management is handled as per the established Change Control procedure.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in supporting and developing Microsoft web technologies and applications (ASP.NET/C#/Javascript/HTML/MVC).
- Working experience with MS Visual Studio, TFS, SQL Server / SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), Jira or similar ticketing system.
- Previous experience in Application Support roles is desirable
- Knowledge in the following systems will be highly regarded: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint.
