This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

ASQA is undertaking an approach to market (ATM) through the DTA Cloud Panel to source a suitably qualified consultancy to undertake Customer Experience (CX) professional services to meet the Agency's Digital Transformation Strategy requirements.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) and quotation is to select a preferred Service Provider or Consultant and invite the organisation to form an agreement with ASQA to provide CX Consultancy services.

The RFI for CX consulting services includes:

a) Provision of professional services to deliver a CX consultancy that meets the need of the DRM transformation strategy,
b) Provision of a CX strategy and plan,
c) Provision of experienced personnel who have the required capabilities to undertake the required CX professional services in a timely and quality manner,
d) Provision of implementation services and post consultancy support services.
