Tender Description
The Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced party to provide general and clinical cleaning services to 19 sites across Metropolitan Victoria (4 locations) and Gippsland (15 locations) regions.
The contract term is for an initial three-year term with the option for extension of two additional two-year terms.
Contract start date is 1/7/2022.
By submitting this Request for Proposal/Quote/Tender, the respondent (on behalf of the respondent organisation) understands and agrees that:
1. The respondent is duly authorised to act on behalf of the respondent organisation, and has read and understood this Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Tender (RFT);
2. LCHS collects personal information from respondents during the RFP process for the purpose of evaluating the respondents' suitability to provide the Goods or Services. Only employees, agents or consultants of LCHS who are responsible for evaluating RFP/RFQ/RFT responses will have access to the personal information provided by the respondent and the respondent consents to this. LCHS will not disclose personal information of the respondent to any third party without the respondent's consent or unless authorised or required by law.
3. Respondents acknowledge the confidentiality of all information contained in the RFP/RFQ/RFT, and subsequent correspondence (if any) to be strictly confidential.
4. The respondent agrees that its response complies with all the requirements of the RFP/RFQ/RFT and is accurate and complete.
