Tender Description
Tenders are invited to undertake earthworks to upgrade 2.7 kilometres of the existing Lake Fyans Reservoir Embankment. The works will include:
> Removal of unsuitable material;
> Winning and conditioning fill material;
> Placement and compaction of fill material;
> Construction of filter drains and rock beaching;
> Construction of crest capping; and
> Reinstatement and topsoiling of the work site.
GWMWater is also seeking proposals to replace two valves on the Lake Fyans outlet tower, which is likely to involve construction of a cofferdam.
Please note the successful contractor will be required to produce a COVIDSafe Plan prior to commencing works.
