Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tender for the Design and Construction of Electrical Switchboard Upgrade at Multiple sites (six sites).
The extent of work covered by this RFT comprises the design, supply, installation, delivery, installation, testing, certification, commissioning, and defects liability maintenance as detailed in the Principal's project requirements.
The Contractor must provide all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, temporary works and accessories necessary for the complete execution of the works, along with all minor and incidental works, including power generators to maintain functions of the facilities at the work sites.
The sites of the works are:
- Erskineville Retail Holding
- Victoria Park Pool
- Surry Hills Child Care Centre
- Reginald Murphy Activity Club
- Rex Community Centre
- Coronation hotel
